- Property’s Filing data with the Public Registry of Property
- Copy of payment of property taxes
- Payment receipt of SEAPAL (water company) or maintenance fees, as appropriate
- Copy of RFC (Taxpayer’s Registration Number) and CURP (Sole Code of Population Registration) of the parties
- Certificate of Birth of the Parties
- Proof of Address of the parties
- Proof of payment of the price
5.- WHAT DO I NEED TO MAKE A TESTAMENT?
You need to designate your heirs, present your official valid identification and copy of your CURP
6.- HOW MUCH DOES THE PROCESSING OF THE DEED OF MY HOUSE COST?
In order to know what the cost is, you must present copy of the valid property taxes on the property and inform the notary’s staff of the value of sale of the property, so that a budget of expenses can be drafted according to your needs and the procedure you require.

Not all of the notaries charge same costs for their services.
